The principals at Wachtel & McAnally Architects have over 61 years of combined technical experience on a variety of projects. We are constantly researching new, better, and more economical building products, methods and systems. We attend training seminars and receive all of the national trade magazines that contain articles relating to the above.

We also visit and encourage our clients to visit new buildings that are similar to the type that they are requesting so that together we can learn what makes these projects successful and also what does not work well in new building projects.

One member of our firm is responsible for keeping up-to-date with the latest developments of state and local building codes. Another member is an expert on building hardware and constantly updating our information and files on the latest developments in hardware and its usage.
