Meeting Schedules and Deadlines One of the first steps we take in
designing a project is to prepare a preliminary project schedule. We
allow time to complete each phase in the planning process and also the
necessary review time. This schedule is followed throughout the project
and is adjusted if necessary at the end of each phase. We have been successful in
maintaining these schedules by setting up the necessary meetings between
Owner representatives, consulting engineers, and other team members to
ensure that the proper information is available when it is needed. After carefully reviewing our current and
anticipated work load, we feel that we could provide the time that would
be necessary to successfully complete your project. |
