	Commitment to Community 35 South Park Place is the location of the offices for Wachtel & McAnally. This Award Winning Building was the first new office building built on the South side of the square in Downtown Newark in over 100 years. The firm designed and owns this building.
					Firm Background Wachtel & McAnally Architects/Planner, Inc. was established in 1957. The firm currently employs 11 people and is located in Newark, Ohio. The firm has undertaken a variety of projects in both the public and private sectors with many repeat clients. Licking Valley Schools Licking County Commissioners State Farm Insurance Company Perry County Commissioners Hocking County Commissioners Englefield Oil Company Both principals of the firm are directly involved in every project. We place a great deal of emphasis on client involvement in a project, especially during programming and design.
